For men who know they’re capable of more.
Hey — got 7 minutes for yourself?
I left home on my sixteenth birthday searching for success — within a year I was using crack cocaine.
Ten years on, I was still using drugs — albeit more socially acceptable ones — but I'd managed to work my way up the proverbial ladder, from laying groundworks in the pissing rain, to working in the UK's top film and TV studios alongside famous actors, musicians and celebrities.
Had I made it?
In some respects, yes. I enjoyed it, until I didn’t. I couldn't silence the discontent any longer. I wanted something deeper. Success without fulfilment — isn’t success.
Since then, I’ve trained extensively as a yoga, movement and meditation facilitator, and worked as both a personal trainer and life coach in spit-and-sawdust gyms and high-end boutique wellness studios. I’ve built my own businesses and earned a black belt in both failure and success.
Each chapter brought real growth — but they were just bus rides, not destinations.
I've transformed my life more times than I can count. And every single time, I've only done it with the help of others.
Music was always my thing.
I learned to DJ at fourteen in a youth music programme called Wildstyle at the local community centre, mixing badly on hand-me-down decks in a dusty garage on a housing estate, and more recently, took myself to uni to study music.
I'm now doing my thing every single day — but only because people showed up for me along the way.
That's what this is.
How you getting on going it alone?
"You're up to 95% more likely to achieve your goals with regular accountability check-ins." — American Society for Training & Development
Because when you’re surrounded by driven men who support your growth, hold you accountable, and expect you to follow through, things change. You stop endlessly thinking about the life you want and start becoming the man capable of building it.
Our outer problems are the result of our inner patterns. When you shift the pattern, you’ll shift the problem.
This is a space for men who want to become who they know they can really be — deep down in their guts.
I'm not your coach, I’ve hung those gloves up, although I will share generously what’s worked for me and what’s still working for me now — I’m in the trenches with you. We have all the answers inside us. But it takes community to unlock and unleash them.
I haven't used drugs in a decade (thanks to a community of people who’ve supported me along the way). And since then, my appetite for personal growth has only accelerated.
I still remember reading my first book — The Power of Now — and feeling my world shift. I could stop anxiety instantly. One man's words saved me years of trial and error. That’s not to say I had complete mastery straight away, but I had a plan, a roadmap.
That's what the right advice at the right time can do for you.
I’m sure you’ve heard the quote by Jim Rohn, which states you’re the average of the five people you spend the most time with? Well here’s another for you;
“A man with few friends is only half-developed; there are whole sides of his nature which are locked up and have never been expressed. He cannot unlock them himself, he cannot even discover them; friends alone can stimulate him and open him.”— RANDOLPH BOURNE
Why is this?
Proximity is POWER!
Knowledge alone is NOT power, it’s just potential...
Intelligent, aligned action is the real power — and with men who have your back, it becomes your superpower.
If you feel called — step up.
Inner Work is a curated community.
A space for men doing the Inner Work, together.
No hierarchy. No performance. Just reflection in real time — By application only.
This is a positively-focused, proactive, productive, creative container — designed to elevate your energy, fuel momentum and help you achieve measurable results.
This isn’t therapy or coaching, and I’m not here to teach you anything. It’s a space to slow down, reflect, and support one another through real life.
I’m not an expert, nor do I want to be — just someone in the process. We meet as equals, supporting each other as we go.
I simply created the space for that to happen.
Membership is intentionally selective to protect the integrity of the space. Every member is hand-picked to ensure the energy, commitment, and values in the room are aligned.
If you feel it's for you, fill in the short application and I'll be in touch to confirm your place.

What EXACTLY IS IT and when?
Books AND Brotherhood.
Reading. Reflection. Transformation.
Each month we study a transformational book, then apply it practically through action, reflection and accountability. We gain clarity, strong habits and build momentum.
Topics include masculinity, purpose, creativity, spirituality, health, wealth, entrepreneurship, relationships and modern life — with each book chosen collectively by the group.
- Monthly Book Reflection Sessions to share and grow. First Monday of the month, 7–8pm UK time.
- Weekly Sunday Strategy Sessions to plan and execute the week ahead. Every Sunday evening, 7-7:30pm UK time.
- Inner Work WhatsApp group for peer support, accountability and honest conversation.
- Supportive worksheets and AI integration to deepen reflection and support your process between sessions.
Where IS IT?
- Online via Zoom, with quarterly in-person meetups.
- In-person meetups include: no-notification nature hikes, inner-city meetups (bookshops, record stores, cafes), sunrise run and coffee mornings, sauna and cold-plunge socials, creative workshops, gig nights, supper clubs, group volunteering days, and mountain biking trips — no experience needed, nobody gets left behind.
WHAT’S THE Investment?

- Founding Members join at £27/month or £270/year and lock-in that rate for life. Membership pricing will increase in future as the space evolves.
- Monthly membership can be cancelled anytime. Annual membership is non-refundable after the first 30 days — but you're locking in the best value and committing to the work.
- If money’s tight right now, email me at jlartunltd@gmail.com and we’ll work something out. People helped me when I needed it — I’ll do the same for you.

why, and why now?
- The longer you wait, the louder the excuses get. What you feeding? Procrastination or momentum…
- Every week you spend circling the same thoughts alone is a week someone else is doing the work — with people behind them.
- You don't need more information, more clarity, or more time. You need to move.
- The men who change their lives don't wait until they feel ready; they surround themselves with people who make readiness irrelevant — Success inevitable.
"You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems." - James Clear

Everything here is in black and white — because the best systems are simple and repeatable. We don’t need more noise, we need clarity.
Not sure if this is for you? Send me a message and I’ll help you figure it out.
Look, I grew up on a council estate on benefits. I’ve seen what happens when men drift through life without purpose. This is about building something real.
I’ve also lost close friends to suicide and addiction. It’s why I care deeply about honest conversation and shared support.
We don’t have to do life alone.
I don’t care about looking clever, I care about what actually changes your life.
No fluff. No fucking about. Just results.
Everything changed for me when I started asking for help — It works.
FAQ’S
Why is it application only?
This is a space for men only. It’s application only because the energy of the room matters. This only works if everyone in it is genuinely committed. A quick conversation is all it takes to find out if it's right for you.
What if I can't make a session live?
Sessions will be recorded so you won't miss out — but showing up live is where the real value is. Being seen and heard in real time, and having the space to respond, reflect, and be part of the conversation, is where the shift actually happens.
How much time do I need each week?
Around 1–2 hours a week is enough to stay connected, though you can go deeper if you choose. This is designed to support your life, not take it over.
What actually happens inside a session?
We gather online for a guided space of reflection, conversation, and shared exploration around the month’s theme. It’s part discussion, part reflection, part check-in with yourself. Share as much or as little as you want.
What kind of men is this for?
Men who are driven, curious, open, and willing to look at themselves honestly. You don’t need to have it all figured out — just a willingness to show up.
Do I need to have read “self-development” books before?
No. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to show up. Some members may read every page, others may take things more slowly. There’s no pressure to perform here.

The best time to plant a seed was 20 years ago.
The second best is right now.
P.S. Listen, we’re all equals here. I don’t care about status or where anyone thinks they are in life — willingness is everything.
Some of the most dynamite advice I’ve ever received came from my 4-year-old niece — every bit as much as the well seasoned and respected mentors I’ve worked with.
Being seen, heard, and supported through transformation is the gold. And it’s not all serious — in fact, it’s better when we’re playful. We’ll have a laugh along the way too.
Life is challenging — but it’s even more challenging when you’re not prepared for it. Doing the Inner Work will better equip you to meet the challenges you face daily, and more than just survive — you’ll be able to thrive.
Rather than continuously reacting to life, you’ll learn to respond to it — and there’s a world of difference between the two. You stop surviving and start thriving.
You’ll become the creator of your life.
Still here? Quit listening to me. Listen to your heart.
Let’s do the work — The door’s open.
